Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody.

Hereby follows a wee little moralistic story starring Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody. (and you can bet your bottom dollar that you've encountered one of these characters on many occasions throughout your lifetime). Once upon a time (in the world of make believe) there was an important job to be done, and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Somebody would do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody would not do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

Oh, like every good story there's a sequel! For let it be known that if the somebody (over paid and over educated bankers/Govt ) who got this country in such a financial pickle had taken stock and time to listened to anybody with a ounce of commonsense instead of taking no notice of nobody then everybody would not be paying the price of the cock-up caused by that said somebody! And there ends the Party Political broadcast by the TF Party!

The real moral of the story is:-

Life isn't fair, it's all about the carving up of the cake and making sure you get yourself a  slice. Crumbs! Right, this cynical cupcake is planning (and packing her bag) her escape to pastures new. (Bruges) Belgium buns 'ere I come!

I may return, but not necessarily in one piece! Ha! Ha!  ;-)

Vote TF for TF speaks the truth!

I think yous should stand as The TF No Bull Independent Party. Can I make placards and rosettes?

Have a wonderful time in Belgium. Enjoy the buns, the waffles, the mussels, the frites, the chocolat etc :-)

Lane, the trouble is nobody really wants to hear the truth :o I sooooo despair at times with what is happening to this country. Hence this somewhat ratty and ranty post. I must learn to zip my gob!

Hmmmm, I trust these rosettes will not be PINK? For that will not do ;-)

Oh, mussels? YIPEE! To be washed down with a good Belgium beer methinks.

I will return refreshed and reprogrammed from my trip away! :)

Thanks m'dear for your comment TFxx

Wouldn't it be wonderful to run away and find yourself in a perfect world? I do think beers & buns and other things beginning with B to be a pretty good start.

Have fun but please come back. Your Country Needs You.

Ms SS, LOL! (Do not fear, I'll return to rant and rave somemore).

Oh, melikey your thinking about running away and finding the perfect world but knowing my blinkin'luck I'll be jumping for joy and fall off the ruddy edge! ;-) TFx

RR, Christmas! Did someone mention Christmas? I'll let you know all about Bruges on my return, providing I'm allowed back into the UK ;-)

Ms Allsorts, I was having one of my wee paddy moments whilst composing that post! Methinks you've to laugh at the state of this country otherwise you might just cry. Boo! Hoo!

Very clever, TF. And sadly, very true.

Have a great time in Belgium. Don't drink too much beer. Oh, second thoughts, you're on holiday. Drink as much you like. Eat buns and lots of chocolate too. :)

I perked up no end at the mention of cake-slicing. Trouble is I want an enormous piece and don't like sharing. I'm only talking REAL cake though, not a metaphorical one :o)

Hope you have a lovely time in Belgium and return full of waffles and beer.
